  Reid's by far is the WORST moving company I have ever done business with. First off, they were schdueled to arrive at my apartment at 8am Friday. I called at 10:30 am to see where they were and, what was going on because they had not shown. I called, and spoke with Jimmy (which by the way the guy that wrote the 5 star review named JIMMY is the Owere of this "apparent" company. ((I can't even believe they're on groupon.)) He informed me that he was "out of town" due to a death in the family". Which is all fine, good, and well, but you couldn't have communicated that to your client, and had made other arrangements? They are extremely hard to get in touch with, and showed up 10 hours late to my appointment. I thought that this compay would be legit since I purchased them Via groupon. They are in NO WAY, SHAPE OR FORM a legit company. THEN to top it all off, one of them movers when they finally did arrive had the audacity to hit on me! I ended up having to help move items in because they were taking too long, and Jimmy and his "helpers'' were taking personal calls on MY dime. 'Not only are they unprofessional and an rip off, but still had the audacity to charge me regular price when they inconvenience ME! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Jimmy--You NEED to respect peoples time and run an effective business. If issues do arise, you should communicate these issues to you client so they can prepare, or make other arrangements. It's unfair to the client to sit around and wait on you all day or reshceduel when they have put that time aside because you can't get your business together. If you're not a legit business you should not be on groupon. Jimmy told me several times that he'd call be back in X amount of hours and never did so, Understand that when you're in the moving business people are on a time frame, and that YOU are on other peoples time. This is the worst moving expierence I've ever had. They make appointments and do not follow through, please understand Jimmy that peoples time is Valuable.
