  Yes honestly they do need a new sales team as far as professionalism but when we came back cause we couldn't find this awesome deal anywhere else ..the manager Alex is just off the chain splendid customer service and exceeded my expectations! matter a fact he took care of us so well that instead of just getting a LG SIGNATURE STEAMER WASHER AND DISHWASHER ..WE GOT THOSE TWO +MICROWAVE + BIG STEAMER FOR OUR BABY+BOTTOM LG DRYER FOR THE SAME PRICE !!! YOU CANT BEAT THAT! GO SEE ALEX !
